Mallory Safety and Supply is currently looking for an At-heights Instructor to join our ENSA Division in Amarillo, Texas! Here is how you will make an impact as an Instructor: • Frequent travel, primarily across the US, but occasionally to Canada, the Caribbean, and elsewhere. • Ability to learn and deliver ENSA training program content to a variety of clients and in a variety of training environments. • Learn and adhere to ENSA's quality management system and training program requirements, including processes related to Instructor course delivery. • Contribute to training program content and process improvement initiatives. • Flexibility, adaptability, positive can-do attitude, and ability to problem solve. • Provide feedback to the operations and quality teams when opportunities are identified for improvement. • Commitment to professional development, as identified by the organization and as new market opportunities arise. Here is what we are looking for in a Instructor: Valid Drivers License and motor vehicle report with little to know incidents required At- Heights Experience Required (personal or professional) Wind or Safety experience preferred Official Training or Instructing experience preferred General Experience in the Industry Thrives in a role where you travel most of the year Thrives in group settings and able to deal with different personalities; comfortable talking for 8-10 hours during trainings About Mallory : Mallory Safety and Supply has always been a family business.
