Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Job Title Senior In-House Litigation Attorney Location Madison, WI (relocation required and fully reimbursed) Responsibilities Managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and other potential risk areas. Handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Qualifications JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus. COVID‑19 vaccination requirement.
