We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and patient Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our daycare team. This individual will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of toddlers. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the unique needs of two-year-olds and has a passion for early childhood education.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum that align with developmental milestones for two-year-olds
• Create a warm and positive classroom environment that promotes trust, exploration, and learning
• Establish consistent routines and structure to support children’s sense of security
• Monitor and document children's progress and behavior, communicating regularly with parents and guardians
• Maintain open and professional communication with families, addressing concerns and sharing updates
• Provide responsive caregiving, including assisting with potty training, diaper changes, meals, and rest time
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom that complies with licensing regulations and health standards
• Collaborate with coworkers and support team efforts across the center
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and participate in center-wide events and initiatives
• Uphold the center’s values, mission, and policies at all times

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of early childhood development, positive discipline, and toddler care best practices
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, sit on the floor, and be active with children throughout the day

• Nurturing, patient, and flexible personality
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative
• Creative and resourceful in engaging toddlers in learning through play
• Respectful and inclusive of diverse families and cultural backgrounds
