Hospice NP: Impactful At-Home Care Leader (PRN)

Mission Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide hospice services in the Portland and Salem areas on a PRN, face-to-face basis. You will perform patient assessments, develop and manage care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, home-based care. Requirements include an active NP license, RN licensure, CPR, and a Master’s degree in Nursing. Experience in hospice or palliative care is preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Healthcare
