Service Manager

Equahire is partnering with a leading residential plumbing company in Orange County to hire a Plumbing Service Manager. This is a field-focused leadership role for someone who has led plumbers and wants a clear scorecard, a real support structure, and room to grow. What you would own You will lead and develop a team of plumbers, run daily huddles and ride‑alongs, and drive the metrics that matter: average ticket, close rate, and daily performance. You report to the Operations Manager, who owns P&L, so your focus stays on the team and the field. The role can flex to your strengths across Install, Drain and Sewer, or Plumbing.
