Technology Lead

Immediate need for a talented Technology Lead with experience in the IT Industry. This is a full time opportunity and is located in Moline, IL.

Key Responsibilities and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Moline, IL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working in Cobol, Assembler, DB2, JCL.
• Experience in software development life cycle.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 4 years of experience in JCL, COBOL, DB2, IMS
• At least 4 years of experience in production support
• At least 3 years of experience in application development
• At least 1 year of DB2 stored procedure experience
• CA ESP scheduler experience.
• PANVALET experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Experience with all phases of software development starting from requirement gathering, high level design, low level design, build and unit testing, system integration testing, UAT support and production go live activities.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
