Practice Setting

Schedule

• Weekday clinic schedule with set hours.
• Monday and Tuesday are 6:30a to 4:30p.
• Wednesday and Thursday are 11a to 7p
• Friday is 8a to 12p.
• No call.

Cases and Procedures

• Primary care and urgent care visits.
• EKGs.
• Immunizations.

Requirements

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner.
• Wisconsin license required
• BLS and DEA required.
