LPN – Development Centre

cTrace Solutions is seeking a LPN in Torrington, CT . This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus

Location: Torrington, CT

Compensation: $45-$ per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule:

• 24 hours/ week with opportunity to pick up shifts
  
• Needed every Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  
• Looking for coverage for 2nd (4-12:30 AM) and 3rd shift (12:15 AM - 8:15 AM) - please indicate your candidate's shift preference in your bid
  
• 6 month assignment
  

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under the direction of authorized healthcare providers.
  
• Assess patient needs, conduct risk assessments, and develop and implement individualized nursing and mental health care plans.
  
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to monitor, evaluate, and support patients’ mental health and overall well-being.
  
• Document patient care, nursing interventions, medications, and treatment outcomes accurately and maintain confidentiality and security of records.
  
• Use therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques, respond to emergencies, and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
  
• Provide emotional support to patients and families and participate in rehabilitation, training, delegation, and quality improvement activities.
  

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practising.
  
• OH LPN License
  
• CPR/BLS
