Director, R&D Data Governance & AI Quality (Hybrid)

Formation Bio in the Boston area is seeking an Associate Director/Director for Digital Quality to lead data governance and AI oversight across R&D. You will own the R&D data inventory, risk assessments, and AI tool governance, reporting to the Head of Quality with no intermediate management. The role requires 7+ years in GxP quality/ data integrity and familiarity with Veeva QA Docs and DocuSign 11.
