Registered Dietitian - Director of Nutritional Services

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dietitian to lead our Nutritional Services team and help support exceptional outcomes for residents in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and short stay care.

What You'll Do

Lead and support clinical nutrition services across the campus
Develop individualized nutrition care plans
Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, admissions, and social work teams
Promote resident wellness, satisfaction, and quality outcomes
Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards
Support quality improvement and service excellence initiatives
