This role involves supporting surgical procedures within a busy surgical unit. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of employment and should have experience relevant to the specific unit. The position requires a minimum of two years of hospital setting experience and recent OR experience with robotic and spine procedures. Shift Schedule Days; four nine‑hour shifts per week; on‑call hours from 3:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. (Monday through Friday) Qualifications Certified BLS Active New Hampshire state license Minimum two years of hospital experience Recent operating room experience Experience with robotic and spine procedures Prefer CNOR certification, scrub procedure experience, flexibility, and a good attitude Additional Experience Experience with robotic procedures such as prostate and hysterectomy, a variety of orthopedic procedures including shoulders, knees, and hips, as well as general, gynecological, ENT, podiatry, and spine surgeries like fusions and laminectomies. Must be comfortable with endoscopy when needed and work with hospital‑provided grey scrubs that are laundered on‑site. Float rotation may be required.
