Assignment Details

This contract consists of 13 weeks, with guaranteed 36 hours/week.

Requirements

• Current RN License
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• BLS Certification
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Strong assessment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
