About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Conventional Trust team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and servicing client accounts across various financial workflows. This includes handling service requests, proactively resolving exceptions and inquiries, and ensuring the timely escalation of issues. The role also involves supporting day-to-day client operations, client onboarding, account setup, and settlement validation, all while maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and performance metrics. The Vice President will operate within established risk and compliance frameworks, with a focus on identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve overall operational efficiency. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in financial operations and Conventional Trust, as well as a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. Familiarity with market utilities and messaging, such as SWIFT, Fedwire, DTCC/NSCC, custodians, and counterparties, is essential. The role requires great attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in integrating AI solutions is a plus.
