A Day in the Life

At Medtronic our Mission is to alleviate pain restore health and extend life. Within our Structural Heart business we are advancing lifechanging therapies for patients with complex heart conditions. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on our global TAVI procedural marketing strategy.

This role is ideal for a strategic executionfocused product marketing leader with the ability to shape endtoend product strategy lead holistic portfolio commercial strategy and partner closely with U.S. and global field teams. The position offers high visibility and the opportunity to influence crossfunctional and business leadership while driving meaningful patient and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing Leadership

• Own procedure marketing strategy for a suite of products within our TAVR business including procedure launch planning and execution and in-market optimization.

• Lead product positioning messaging and value proposition development grounded in clinical evidence customer insights and market dynamics.

• Ensure disciplined execution and continuous improvement through product performance data market insights and field feedback while maintaining brand consistency and differentiation.

• Lead and influence crossfunctional stakeholders across sales medical education clinical R&D regulatory quality legal marketing communications and supply chain.

• Influence outcomes in a highly matrixed organization while demonstrating strong leadership accountability and business acumen.

Field & Customer Engagement

• Act as a key product marketing partner to U.S. and global field teams with frequent inperson engagement to inform strategy and support execution.

• Lead new procedure launches aimed at driving product adoption through field training tools and messaging.

• Engage directly with physicians and key stakeholders to inform product strategy prioritization and commercial decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• 7 years of experience in marketing product management sales consulting or related commercial roles

• (5 years with an advanced degree).

• Product launch and/or procedural launch experience highly preferred.

• Proven downstream or commercial marketing experience with ownership of strategy development and execution.

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional and field stakeholders.

• Strong analytical storytelling and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in global highly matrixed organizations.

• Medical device healthcare or Structural Heart experience.

Additional Information

• Travel: Approximately 30% including domestic and select global travel.

• Onsite Requirement: Minimum 4 days per week onsite supporting Medtronics commitment to collaboration and in-person engagement.

• This role provides meaningful exposure to senior leaders global partners and field organizations.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$133600.00 - $200400.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
