Job Summary: As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet all required specifications and quality standards. You will be responsible for inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, and ensuring finished products are up to par. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help us maintain our reputation for quality.

What You'll Do:

Inspect Materials: Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests.

Quality Checks: Read blueprints and instructions to understand quality expectations for products and supplies.

Monitor Production: Approve in-process production by confirming specifications and communicating required adjustments.

Final Inspections: Approve finished products by conducting visual and measurement tests and confirming re-work.

Sample Testing: Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality, etc.).

Documentation: Document inspection results by completing reports and logs and inputting data into a quality database.

Safety First: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

Equipment Monitoring: Ensure equipment is safe and well-maintained.

Support: Provide technical assistance to customers, suppliers, and other departments.

Team Collaboration: Work in alignment with the Quality Department at AROW Global headquarters.

Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Syteline, IFS, or similar ERP software.
• Advanced understanding of the ISO 9001 quality system.
• ISO 9001 Internal auditor certification is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
• Ability to travel within Canada and the US.
• Understanding of measuring instruments.
• Ability to react to the needs of others in a professional and timely manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
