Regional Safety Manager

A Regional Safety Manager position is available at Garney. This full‑time, salaried role offers competitive benefits, participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and the opportunity to serve as a safety resource for construction crews and crew leaders on job sites. The Regional Safety Manager will plan and conduct safety meetings, compliance training, audits, and inspections throughout the job site.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Provide support to construction crew Visit job sites to monitor safety, conduct inspections, and perform safety audits Manage safety programs, trainings, workshops, and meetings Monitor paperwork related to incident management (medical bills, injury reports, insurance claims, or medical clearance) Conduct investigations of workplace accidents and incidents to determine causes Assist with documentation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction engineering, construction management, or a safety‑related degree preferred OSHA 30 Certification in Construction Must have or be able to obtain CHST within 6 months of employment Willingness to travel and/or relocate
