Landscaper

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are attractive, healthy, and well-kept. This role involves a variety of landscaping tasks including planting, trimming, mowing, and general yard maintenance. Responsibilities Perform routine landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding. Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery according to design plans. Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas to ensure a neat and attractive appearance. Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as needed following safety guidelines. Assist with landscape design and installation projects. Monitor plant health and report any issues or concerns. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Follow all safety protocols and company policies. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred. Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance. Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery. Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Valid driver’s license is a plus.
