Responsibilities

• Generate New Business Actively prospect through networking, referrals, community engagement, and direct outreach.
• Provide Expert Insurance Solutions Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage across Auto, Home, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance.
• Educate & Guide Clients Conduct consultations to explain policy options, benefits, and coverage details in a clear and professional manner.
• Meet & Exceed Sales Goal s Drive consistent performance to achieve individual and agency targets.
•   Establish trust , ensure policy retention, and provide ongoing support to meet clients evolving needs.

Requirements

Active Insurance Licenses Must hold valid state-issued licenses for relevant lines of insurance.

Sales & Customer Service Experience Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills  Ability to clearly explain complex policies and close sales effectively.

Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with minimal supervision.

Tech-Savvy & Organized Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for managing leads and client information.
