Customer Account Specialist- Houston, TX (Koch Filter)The Customer Account Specialist- Houston, TX serves as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, coordinating customer orders from entry through shipment. This role is responsible for providing timely communication, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.This position provides an opportunity to develop expertise in customer account management, logistics, and order fulfillment.Customer Account Specialists have potential opportunities to advance to various roles in operations, product management, business development, and account management. This role is 100% on-site.ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the order process.Coordinate customer orders from order entry through shipment.Communicate order status, updates, and potential disruptions to customers in a timely manner.Identify and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Scheduling, Manufacturing, and Distribution teams.Monitor orders to help ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.Support customer account management and order fulfillment activities.Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.QualificationsEducation & QualificationsUniversity, College, associate degree or higher is preferred or an acceptable combination of education and related experience.1–2 years of customer service or customer support experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.Basic math skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.Professional and customer-focused approach.Employment references required.Work Environment100% on-site position in a typical office environment.Professional, business-casual dress environment.What We OfferComprehensive Healthcare: Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.Paid Time Off: PTO package and paid holidays.Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with a competitive company match.Advancement potentialBase salary range: $ 45,000- $60,000 per year.
