Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data model design of OLTP and OLAP applications
• Must have 2+ years of experience in data modeling of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Neo4j, including creating design patterns for scalability & performance
• Experience in schema design of hierarchical data, entity relationships, embedded documents & collections
• Strong analytical abilities to identify patterns, trends, and relationships within automotive data.
• Experience in modeling relationships and references with document & graph dbs – for one to many and many-to-many etc.
• Experience in working with business stakeholders and analysts to identify business requirements and align data model with business needs.
• Familiarity with data modeling tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, ERWIN.
• Prior experience on automobile-related projects is an added advantage

Job Description

• Collaborating with business stakeholders and analysts to identify business requirements and data needs.
• Need to work on data modeling for enterprise solutions from scratch.
• Need to work on developing and maintaining data dictionaries and metadata repositories
• Need to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all data systems
• Should work closely with database administrators and other IT professionals to implement and maintain data models.
• Establish and enforce data modeling standards and best practices.
• Conducting data profiling and analysis to gain insights into data quality and relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with data governance policies and regulations pertaining to data modeling.
