Senior Finance Analyst, Google Workspace, GTM Finance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or anotherquantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting,or a related function, or an advanced degree. Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting,forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational companysetting. Experience with programming (i.e. SQL). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a relatedfield. Experience in finance FP&A, management consulting, corporate strategy orsimilar. Ability to communicate, influence, and form strong working relationships withbusiness partners. Automate models,dashboards, and reports for faster, deeper insights. Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Sales, Operations, and Marketingleadership. Present financial narratives and track Objectives and Key Results(OKRs) in key business reviews. Drive North America annual planning, delivering recommendations for subregionproduct splits across the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) portfolio. Conduct in-depth analyses on performance, profitability, and strategicpriorities to guide executive decision-making.
