What You'll Do As a member of our clinical team, you'll play a key role in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care throughout the procedural experience. Key Responsibilities Assess patients and identify healthcare needs Develop, implement, and document individualized nursing care plans Maintain accurate electronic medical records Monitor and care for patients during recovery, including post-anesthesia recovery Obtain and review pertinent patient history during the admission process Educate and support patients and their families throughout their care journey Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring a positive and compassionate experience What You'll Bring We're looking for an RN who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license Clinical or hospital nursing experience required Surgical or procedural nursing experience preferred Current CPR certification Current ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire Authorized to work in the United States Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check Why Join Pinnacle GI Partners?
