Pursuing an associate’s or bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting & Estimating Technology, Construction Management, or related discipline. Any experience using the following; On-Screen Takeoff, Microsoft Excel and Word, Revit, Acrobat, and other computer software Required to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, with project personnel, suppliers, subcontractors and owners Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications, and perform quantity take offs Must be authorized to work in the US *PCL will not sponsor an employment visa (e.g. H1-B, etc.) for this position 18 years of age or older Available to work in Los Angeles, CA full time from May to August Employment with PCL is contingent upon passing a substance abuse test conducted by a third party.
