Located near Avondale, AZ, this position begins August 17, 2026, and ends May 31, 2027, totaling 20 hours per week. Key Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license required
• Previous experience in school, healthcare, or home health OT settings strongly preferred
• Expertise in developing and implementing IEPs and therapy plans
• Proficient in assessing and addressing fine and gross motor needs
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt instruction to various ages and needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions and screenings to support students’ participation and independence in the academic environment
• Assess students' needs and create targeted, measurable treatment goals
• Document progress, maintain records, and communicate effectively with the IEP team and parents
• Deliver recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment
• Consult with staff to support students’ integration and success within the classroom
• Travel between assigned schools if required, attending meetings as needed
