Overall site responsibility defining and deploying Site Strategy in line with Quality Systems, Health and Safety systems as well as relevant regulations.RelationshipsReports to Corporate Vice President.Essential FunctionsDefine and drive strategies and tactical plans for the area of responsibilityDrive development of organization, leaders and employees to meet future needsOwn and sponsor site portfolio projectsDrive and implement initiativesSeek external inspiration and make decisions based on internal/external benchmarkData owner of data related to the Aseptic Production Department responsibilitiesDefine and execute site strategy as a member of SLTExecute production in compliance with regulatory requirements and Novo Nordisk Quality Management Systems; ensuring employees are trained to perform tasksDefining, elaborating and adherence to the Production agreement in line with LogisticsEstablishing operating budgets (cap cost and payroll) and department investmentsEnsure Health and Safety, Environmental requirements are being metDevelop organization and motivate teams through people management with focus on engagementEncourage innovation and co create in relevant networksSet direction by developing short- & long-term objectives to drive customer and stakeholder valueEnsure robust processes are in place to exceed all quality objectives, specifications & requirementsOversee strategic control of resource planningDrive long term process improvement strategiesDrive standardization & collaboration across Novo Nordisk Finished Production and cross-functional teamsOther accountabilities, as assignedPhysical RequirementsAbility to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. (% can change on a case-by-case basis based on the role.)Development Of PeopleSupervisory. Ensure that reporting personnel have individual development plans (IDP), with annual goals and measurements that are consistent with the priorities of the business, and that interim reviews are held so that their work is focused on those priorities, and they understand their level of accountability for results and the measurement process. Ensure that the IDP forms include completed learning and aspiration plans and are in place for all reporting personnel to enable the achievement of goals and capability to assume increased levels of responsibility.
