Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team. Your expertise and dedication will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents, and we are excited to offer this rewarding opportunity to join our team of caring professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by our Medical Director
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our therapy team and Medical Director
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
