Country Lane Retirement Village in Oneill NE is currently seeking a Full Time Overnight Certified Med Aide to join our team from 6pm-6am. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents during the overnight hours. Responsibilities Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules and physician orders Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents' medication administration and care Provide emotional support and companionship to residents during overnight hours Qualifications Current certification as a Medication Aide in the state of Nebraska Prior experience working with seniors in a healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate and patient demeanor About Us At Country Lane Retirement Village, we are dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.
