Occasional Sitter Needed – Maple Grove, MN Hi everyone! My name is Emeline, and I’m a mom in Maple Grove looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and caring occasional nanny to watch my 8-year-old daughter while I’m at work, mainly on days when she is not in school. My daughter is autistic, but she is very independent and does well on her own. She can feed herself, use the bathroom independently, and communicate her needs. For the most part, she enjoys doing her own thing, such as watching TV, playing on her iPad, or relaxing. The main responsibility is simply to keep her safe, supervised, and comfortable while I’m away. I will have her meals prepared ahead of time, so there is no need for extensive cooking. You may just need to warm up her food when it’s time for her to eat. If you’d like, you can also spend time with her doing simple activities at home, such as arts and crafts, games, or other fun activities she enjoys. For now, I prefer that she stays at home and is not taken out. I’m looking for someone who is dependable and comfortable working with children. First-aid/CPR certification or experience is a plus, as I believe it’s always good to have someone prepared for an emergency.
