An international wholesaler and retailer of leather accessories requires a production assistant to support the Production Manager in all aspects of the production process, including product set up and data entry. Work closely with the production team to keep files organized and accurate and follow up with the factory on needed samples.

Duties:

∙ Open samples as received

∙ Assist with reviewing samples and/or sending sample comments

∙ Track samples and push factories for samples that have not been received

∙ Create and maintain organization system for samples

∙ Work with creative departments to review and make sure photos are labeled and represented correctly

∙ Bring samples to photography and communicate any changes

∙ Answer product related questions

∙ Pull samples for livestreams, influencers, PR, skype shows

∙ Assist with packaging requests with graphic design and the factories

∙ Assist production manager with daily tasks

∙ Assist with style entry as needed

∙ Check company emails, website, and socials for product accuracy

∙ Create sample check-in and update as needed
