BarBack [Bar Daphne]

Job Overview Hotel Daphne seeks an enthusiastic Bar Back to join the team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the broader Food & Beverage operations team to support the Bar Daphne, the new hotel's signature bar. Responsibilities Maintain the bar fully stocked and cooperate with bartenders. Engage in casual conversation with guests and enhance their experience. Assist with lifting moderate amounts of weight. Perform other tasks and duties as needed or directed. Qualifications Must have or obtain TABC and Texas Food Handler's Certification prior to start date. Takes pride in a great job done. Desire to satisfy the needs of others. Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight. Ability to walk and stand throughout the duration of shift. Flexible availability as needed. 1+ year experience as a Bar Back in a restaurant, bar, or lounge (preferred). Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (preferred).
