Clinical Pharmacist - Patient-Centered Care & Rounds

The clinical pharmacist will be a unit-based pharmacist that will verify the orders and provide clinical services for the area(s) for which they are assigned. They will be a drug information resource for the nurses, physicians, patients, and families. MetroWest Medical Center offers a collaborative environment with physicians, nurses, and pharmacists to deliver patient-centered care. The role requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, a pharmacy practice residency or 3 postgraduate years, and BCPS #J-18808-Ljbffr Tenet Healthcare
