Bartender Position At Lou Malnati'sAs a bartender, you'll make our customer's experience memorable whether they're celebrating a life milestone or craving the best pizza in town (maybe both). You'll roll up your sleeves and help out wherever you can, whether the machines are down, or drinks need a refill. To be a great bartender at Lou's, you have to love the rush, work through the downtime, and stay calm when things go wrong.Here's what you can expect on a typical day as a bartender at Lou Malnati's:Start with side work. What needs to be done? You'll do that to make sure your shift runs smoothly.Serving customers and having fun while you're at it, whether it's taking orders, cashing out checks, or whatever else they need.Mixing and serving alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, responsibly, to customers following standard recipesRequest identification from guests and confirm it meets the legal drinking ageTaking on new duties and doing whatever is needed.
