Responsibilities Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status, track changes & analyze data Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens, etc. Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNAs ensuring quality care/teamwork Qualifications Licensed to work within the State of Delaware as a LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation Professional & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities Complete Care is an equal opportunity employer & is clean, safe & stable!
