The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Park Landscape and Civil Design Lead for upcoming project opportunity: John Chavis Memorial Park – Phase 2 .

Core Responsibilities

Assess existing conditions affecting the John Chavis aquatic-center and park construction design.
Identify the physical and operating constraints for John Chavis aquatic-center and park construction.
Compare feasible John Chavis aquatic-center and park construction design alternatives.
Prepare the calculations needed to size or assess John Chavis aquatic-center and park construction components.
Develop the assigned John Chavis aquatic-center and park construction layout and component details.
Check John Chavis aquatic-center and park construction interfaces with adjoining systems and site features.
Review proposed John Chavis aquatic-center and park construction materials and component selections.
Resolve design comments affecting John Chavis aquatic-center and park construction installation.
Compare installed John Chavis aquatic-center and park construction components with the agreed design.
Document design changes and technical findings needed for John Chavis aquatic-center and park construction handover.

What You Bring

Demonstrated experience performing Park Landscape and Civil Design Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
