Unit: 32 beds; Stepdown and Floor
EHR: Epic
Requirements: 2 years experience, BLS
Ratios: 1:3 Stepdown, 1:4–1:6 Floor
Skills: Telemetry, strip reading, Stepdown drips, PCAs, heparin
Patient Population: Chest pain, COPD, AMS, pneumonia, UTI, abdominal pain, hospice, Med Surg overflow
Float: May float to any floor or Stepdown unit
