Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong candidates with CFY considered
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with staff, families, and students
• Ability to adapt therapy and interventions based on individual student needs
• Commitment to following IEP goals and state education guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school-based population
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records
• Educate teachers and families regarding strategies and accommodations
