Technical Lead, Machine Learning

Owning the execution layer of machine learning systems, the full-time remote Technical Lead, Machine Learning will translate research into reliable, scalable production-grade ML systems while managing data pipelines, training workflows, and deployment processes. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end ML system execution including data pipelines, training workflows, and deployment Fine-tune and adapt models using advanced methods while architecting scalable inference systems Collaborate with application engineering to integrate ML systems into various products efficiently Required qualifications Experience building and deploying real ML systems used by end-users Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX Ability to work with large models and understand their operational challenges Proven track record of writing production-grade code with a focus on system correctness Self-directed with strong collaborative skills in high-trust team environments
