A growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to lead and maintain a strong, consistent brand across all customer touchpoints. This role will oversee brand strategy, creative direction, messaging, reputation, and marketing assets while leading a team of designers and content developers.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain brand guidelines, messaging, positioning, and consistency across all channels.
- Lead creative development and manage designers, content developers, photographers, vendors, and agencies.
- Oversee brand reputation, PR, ratings, and reviews, identifying opportunities to strengthen brand perception.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing and customer-facing materials align with the overall brand strategy.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing, messaging, and positioning.
- Excellent creative eye with strong attention to visual and written consistency.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or creative direction.
- Experience with PR, reputation management, and brand communications.
- Proven ability to lead creative teams and work cross-functionally.
- Passion for design, brand building, and creating compelling customer experiences.
