Undergraduate Criminal Defense Intern, Fall 2026 Location: New York, New York, United States Deadline: 3:00 PM EST for Date Listed (Jun 05, 2026) Program Details The Fall 2026 Internship Program begins on August 31, 2026, and runs through December 10, 2026. The internship is unpaid, part‑time, and in‑person. No remote positions are available.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform clerical, organizational, and project‑based assignments necessary to support litigation teams. Support attorneys and Litigation Assistants in preparing exhibits, documents, videos, and demonstratives for hearings or trials. Accompany attorneys to court, when appropriate, to observe proceedings and assist with logistics. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in an accredited educational institution pursuing an undergraduate degree. Strong writing, research, computer technology, social media, and communication skills are required. Demonstrated commitment to racially and socioeconomically oppressed communities. Ability to work collegially and collaboratively with all members of the staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and think critically. Comfortable traveling throughout NYC.
