Job Position: Production Assembly

Location: Simpsonville, SC 29681

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift w/ required OT

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Metal Fabricator to join our production team. The Metal Fabricator will produce parts from aluminum and carbon steel using press brakes, punch presses, and other metal fabrication equipment.

The ideal candidate has previous metal fabrication or production experience, can accurately read blueprints and work orders, and is comfortable working a 10-hour shift with required overtime.

Responsibilities
Operate press brakes to make precision bends, punches, and cuts in aluminum and carbon steel.
Operate punch presses to produce holes and other features according to blueprints and specifications.
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Measure materials and finished parts accurately using a tape measure.
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
Set up and operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other metal fabrication and production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous metal fabrication or production experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED is a plus, but not required.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Ability to read and follow work orders.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and willingness to work required overtime.
Ability to work 5:30 AM-5:30 PM shifts.
