Talaria Delivery LLC is a Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and high-energy individuals to deliver packages. Job Description As a Delivery Associate, you'll be the face of the company—safely delivering packages to homes and businesses while maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Shifts Available: Full-time (up to 40 hours/week) Part-time (up to 30 hours/week) Day shift Weekdays and at least one weekend day Company vehicle provided Free snacks, water, and uniforms Paid training Paid sick leave Paid time off (PTO) Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible full-time employees Weekly pay option and direct deposit 401(k) Employee referral bonus opportunities Performance incentive opportunities Opportunities for overtime pay Career growth opportunities and advancement What You'll Be Doing: Deliver packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes Load, unload, and prepare the delivery vehicle Follow safety procedures and navigate using a company-provided handheld device Communicate professionally with customers and team members Assist team members if operational support is needed Maintain a clean and organized vehicle Perform vehicle inspections before and after routes Work safely in varying weather conditions, including Bakersfield heat Requirements: Must be 21 years old or older Valid U.S. driver's license required Must be eligible to work in the United States and read and write English Able to lift packages up to 50 pounds Comfortable getting in and out of a delivery vehicle throughout the day Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts Must pass a background check and drug screening where permitted by law Good communication skills and teamwork mindset Ability to work at least one weekend day Reliable and punctual Customer-focused Flexible and adaptable Detail-oriented Independent and self-motivated Positive attitude and strong work ethic Daytime shifts only Work week runs Sunday through Saturday Two paid 15-minute breaks per shift One unpaid 30-minute meal period in accordance with California labor laws 401(k) Company car Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Referral program Vision insurance Qualifications Requirements: Clean driving record the last 7 years Clean criminal record the last 7 years Willingness to submit to a 4 panel drug test (we don't test for THC) Willing to work up to 10 hours day Must be 21+ of age Must have a valid Driver License. Must be able to read and comprehend English.
