Facilities Technician (HVAC) Location: Richmond, VA Pay Range: $30-$40/hr DOE Adecco is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician with strong commercial HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience for a healthcare environment. Responsibilities: Maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems Perform general building and facilities maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical and building system issues Coordinate with vendors and contractors Support multiple local facilities Requirements: 3+ years of commercial HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Professional communication skills Valid driver's license Preferred: Healthcare, hospital, or medical facility experience Experience with building automation systems (BAS) 5+ years of commercial or industrial facilities maintenance experience Facilities Technician (HVAC) Location: Richmond, VA Pay Range: $30-$40/hr DOE This is an excellent opportunity for an HVAC professional looking to take ownership of facility operations, expand their expertise, and grow into a future lead role.
