Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive trauma and acute care surgical services, including critical care management
• Engage in Graduate Medical Education (GME)
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
• Contribute to the development of programs and initiatives aimed at quality improvement

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Surgical Critical Care
• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
• Required proficiency in minimally invasive surgical techniques
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on patient-centered care
