What You’ll Do Be a trusted advisor to real estate investors—educating clients, structuring deals, and helping them scale their portfolios Originate high-impact loan products designed specifically for investment property success Own the deal lifecycle by guiding loans through Due Diligence, Underwriting, and Closing Leverage company‑provided leads and Salesforce to build and manage a strong pipeline Drive growth by consistently exceeding origination goals and delivering an exceptional borrower experience Amplify your reach through strategic outreach, marketing materials, and smart client qualification What We’re Looking For Experience: 1+ years in residential or commercial mortgage lending (or similar background) Skillset: Strong sales instincts, relationship‑building ability, and sharp problem‑solving skills Education: Bachelor’s degree is a plus Licensing: MLO license preferred, but not required Compensation & Upside Base Salary: $50,000 Commission: Up to 40 BPS + profit sharing on closed loan economics Total Earnings: $150,000–$200,000+ annually (uncapped upside) Equity Opportunity: All 2026 hires receive shares through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Why Ternus Lending?
