What is this role about?
This is a hands-on Mechanical/Hydraulic Test Technician role focused on assembling, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic and mechanical equipment .
What will you do?
- Work from engineering drawings, hydraulic schematics, and technical documents .
- Assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair hydraulic and mechanical assemblies .
- Use hand and power tools to assemble and repair equipment.
- Operate equipment such as drill presses, band saws, chop saws, and hydraulic presses .
- Work with hydraulic pipes, hoses, power supplies, and distribution systems .
- Perform work safely with minimal supervision.
Must-have
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment and shop tools .
- Experience operating drill presses, band saws, chop saws, or hydraulic presses .
Preferred
- Aviation hydraulics experience.
- Hydraulic and mechanical assembly experience.
- Hydraulic pipe and hose fabrication .
- Experience with power trains or rotor systems .
- Precision measurement equipment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings/documents .
