In this key front-of-house role, youll be the face of the studiogreeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience. Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contactwelcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products Maintain accurate records using Orangetheorys established sales systems Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment Qualifications: Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred) Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community Compensation details: 17-19 Hourly Wage PIe7489ce9d46c-30492-38914779
