Program Supervisor

Program Supervisor REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, offers community‑based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Open Interviews Every Friday, 10:00 am–12:00 pm (except 06/26). Location: 300 W Broadway, Suite 107, Council Bluffs. Responsibilities Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in a range of administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals we serve. Provide direct support to individuals, including assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. Balance duties between direct support, program activities, and supervision. Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities. Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year and maintain a clean driving record, meeting the company’s insurability policy. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. One year of related work experience. Must be 18 years or older. Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance. Other licensure or certification required by regulatory authority. Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve. Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
