Network Engineer

What You’ll Do Plans, designs, and evaluates new and existing computer network systems and services, including local area networks, wide area networks, intranets, and the Internet, providing analytical, technical, and administrative support. Provide enhancements, maintenance, and operational duties on the network; perform responsibilities as outlined by manager. Configure and maintain corporate firewalls. Work solo and with a team to maintain the connectivity with remote locations and proper operation of remote systems. Serve as a tier 2 and 3 escalation point for network tickets; provide guidance for the help desk and junior network team members. Monitor, maintain, and respond to network monitoring and alerts. Maintain access-lists, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other measures to ensure enterprise-wide network security. Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise wireless and wired networks. Light Windows/Linux server troubleshooting and support. Maintain enterprise QoS policies. Ability to participate and work in an on-call rotation. Build and maintain documentation, guides, and diagrams for use by IT department members. Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, and extended workdays to support business needs. Other duties may be assigned. What You’ll Bring Five to ten years of relevant experience supporting an enterprise network. CCNA Required, CCNP Preferred. Must have strong knowledge of managing and maintaining firewalls. Experience with Palo Alto firewalls are required. Strong knowledge of Routing Protocols, including OSPF and EIGRP. Strong knowledge of implementing and deploying wireless networks. Experience with PCI/HIPAA/FIPS or other information security standards area plus. Familiarity with standard industry tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark, scripting (Python, Perl, PHP, PowerShell, etc.), working Linux skillset, experience with multicast routing. Sharp troubleshooting skills, ability to collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues as needed. Experience deploying and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki. Experience with Cisco ISE. Highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including high integrity, respect for all individuals (customers, vendors, and employees), solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.). The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package which includes healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
