Full Stack DeveloperA growing eCommerce and wholesale distribution company is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join its in-house operations team.This role focuses on developing and maintaining internal web applications that streamline logistics, inventory, and order management processes. The ideal candidate combines strong technical ability with practical problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, helping bridge technology with day-to-day operations.Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications to improve operational efficiency and workflow.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and warehouse staff, to identify and solve process challenges.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices for version control.Create clear documentation for both technical systems and user workflows to ensure smooth adoption and long-term scalability.Skills:Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React and Node.js (or similar technologies).Strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, and database integration.Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to development.Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.Requirements:1+ years of experience developing and maintaining production web applications.Experience with full-stack development in a commercial or operational environment.Ability to work on-site as part of the core operations team.Familiarity with agile or iterative development workflows preferred.Location: Monsey, NY | Hours: Full-time. | Salary: $80-100k DOE | Job#1018
