Hospitality Associate Department: MFS Food and Nutrition Location: Millard Fillmore Suburban, Williamsville, NY Work Type: Per-Diem, Scheduled Work Hours: Variable, Shift: 9 Job Description Ensure quality, order accuracy, and timely delivery of patient trays. Provide basic "Information About Your Diet" education materials, distribute diet‑specific menus, and explain room service ordering process. If a patient cannot select a menu, take appropriate measures to ensure the patient can select one. Complete floor stock and meet any dietary related needs for the assigned unit. Maintain a high level of communication with patients, visitors, and hospital staff. Education & Credentials High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience Minimum one year in a customer‑service focused position required. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, understand verbal and written instructions, reason and make sound judgment, and perform all competencies within required time frames. Good basic math skills. Working Conditions Weight Requirement — Medium (up to 50 lbs) For non‑clinical and nursing support positions, applicants must meet core competencies and have sufficient work experience for the per‑diem role.
